Creative, outgoing, fun? All these are characteristics of a Programme Organizer. It is your

responsibility to provide a creative, active and fun-filled activity programme for all our students which

you will implement together with the supervisors. Teamwork is an important part of your job and you

should be prepared to deliver a high level of service. Ideally, you have already gained experience

working with children and teens or you are highly motivated to gain experience in one of our centres.

You like to lead and manage a team and you have got good communication and language skills.

 

Your tasks:

• Development of a strong, integrated activity programme within the framework of our quality standards

• Regular checks of the quality of all trips and workshops conducted by our supervisors and trip teachers

• Coordinating trips (checking trip bookings and preparing trip lists)

• Reporting trip numbers to your line manager

• Explaining the trip concept and descriptions to supervisors and trip teachers

• Communication with trip providers in the destination

• Management, guidance and organization of the supervision staff in accordance to our age appropriate

supervision concept

• Motivating our participants to take an active part in all programme events

• Coordination of the programme design (sports, health and fitness, creative workshops, evening events, etc.)

• Stage presence and the ability to guide the supervisors

• Material management and maintenance in the centre

• Integral part of the management team in the centre

• Offering help to our customers in all aspects of their stay

• Other tasks centre specific tasks

 

Your profile:

• Availability from 15/06/2020 until 30/08/2020

• Min. 7 weeks (preferably longer)

• You are part of the long-term management team

• Very good English language skills

• Very good language skills of the language spoken in the destination

• Experience in working with children and teenagers

• Experience in youth entertainment sectors or event management

• Creative and outgoing personality with innovative ideas

• Good stage presence and ability to captivate staff and participants

• Flexibility and ability to handle stress

• Improvisation skills and good intuition

• Ability to work independently

 

Conditions of Service:

• Payment: 250,00 GBP weekly

• Full-board accommodation

• First Aid Certificate (8 hours, not older than 2 years)

• Police clearance certificate (not older than 1 year)

• Safeguarding training completed

 

Pre-Conditions:

• Successful participation in our online Assessment Centre for management positions the 2nd and 3rd May 2020

• Successful participation in our online Management Training the 9th and 10th May 2020

• Availability and participation in the Destination Training in the Summer Centre
